Cookies & analytics

This website does not use cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics tools. No data about your visit is collected or stored by us through the website itself.

If you click through to Calendly to book a call, Calendly’s own cookie policy applies from that point. We have no control over that.

How long we keep your data

We retain your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by Indian law.

  • Enquiry data (name, email, phone from Calendly or WhatsApp) — retained for the duration of any engagement and up to 3 years afterwards for business records
  • Client data (business information shared during an engagement) — retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax and accounting law
  • Unanswered enquiries — deleted after 12 months of no response

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below), subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With our own team members who need it to deliver your engagement

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Any disputes relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
